"Oh, you're awake! Thank God! I thought we had lost you," the doctor's voice reached her ears before she could say anything.
"Are you wondering how you ended up here?" he asked with a smile, noticing her lost in thought.
"No, I remember everything," she replied hesitantly.
"Well, that's even better," the doctor said with a smile.
"Doctor, what happened? Is everything okay? My sister… is she alright?" Before any further conversation could happen, Ayaz suddenly entered the room.
"Oh, so you're Mr. Ayaz's sister?" The doctor glanced at Ayaz before turning back to Huda. Huda felt as if the doctor wasn’t particularly pleased, but she didn’t care about that.
"Doctor, is everything okay?" Ayaz asked worriedly as he sat beside Huda.
